 Bluestone
Cars are the first and only Internet licensed private hire firm in North
Wales. We specialise in the executive sector of the private hire market.
This caters specifically for business and leisure customers.
We believe in the power of technology and especially in the power of the
Internet. You will notice Bluestone Cars do not have a phone number. This is
because we are a pure Internet company, dealing only on the web. To go hand
in hand with this philosophy we invest in the very best customer service.
Our customers are guaranteed excellent treatment from Bluestone Cars. From
the initial E-mail they receive for enquiries through to the greeting
standards of our drivers and delivery at your destination.
 In
the early part of 2003 it was realised the majority of our work came from
overseas. The Bluestone Cars web site expanded to offer travellers more
information on the North West. We quickly realised that this was important
to our customers. Now there is a six part section on each of our major
destinations offering hotel information, attractions, places to eat and
more.
In response to requests for increased security from our female customers, we
recruited our first female driver. The Bluestone Cars management team
supported her completion of the Security Industry Training Organization
course and the certificate she achieved. This we believe offers lone female
travellers the very best in security and reassurance. All of our drivers
undergo a complete police disclosure procedure before starting work with us.
This is completed again every 12 months. Drivers are issued with a
photographic licence identifying them along with an individual driver number
held by Wrexham County Borough Council.
 Recently
we have seen the importance of offering more to our customers than just
airport transfers and UK travel. This has meant the expansion of our web
site once again with the inclusion of a day tours section. Two tours are now
available offering the North Wales castle's of Edward I or the Seven Wonders
of Wales. This section will be expanded throughout the winter and 2004 to
offer customers even more choice.
The vehicles we use are all air-conditioned for customer comfort and we
guarantee they will not be older than seven years of age. They are all
licensed and "plated" by Wrexham County Borough Council with a unique
identification number. They are also rigorously tested by the council twice
a year to ensure they comply with strict safety procedures.
Every journey we complete is recorded along with the vehicle and driver
details. We have yet to receive a complaint and pride ourselves on having
such an outstanding reputation.
